📅 Return Timeframe
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
-Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
-A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Gift cards
Free gifts must also be returned if you're refunding the original purchase
Personal care, custom, perishable, or hazardous items cannot be returned

Want to swap something? Return the item for store credit, then place a new order separately

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you receive it so we can sort it out
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be issued a gift card/store credit within 10 business days
